Dr. Teel is an early career psychologist with over 7 years of experience in treating children, adolescents, adults and families in individual and group therapies incorporating humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, family systems, mindfulness, play therapies, as well as complementary and alternative medicine. As a mental health advocate, Dr. Teel emphasizes the importance of holistic wellness, self-love, solution-oriented thinking, and on-going personal development. “Our health should be a main priority because without we lack the proper foundation,” says Dr. Teel. “My message is a call to action of sorts to encourage everyone to love themselves and demonstrate that love through daily self-care.”
